We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
At this time, mantraluxury.com only accepts the above cards as acceptable forms of payment.

Your credit card will be charged once you order is placed.

4. What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?
We can either send you a replacement or refund. You can also exchange for a different size of the item originally ordered within 7 days upon receipt of your order, as long as it meets the following requirements:
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• The original hang tag is attached to the products
• There are no visible signs of wear and tear
• A copy of your original receipt
5. How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for your purchase online, you need to email to returns@mantraluxury.com and give us your order number, name and address, a contact telephone number and email address and reason for the return. Return/Refund requests will only be granted through these means and only if all the above information is submitted within 7 days upon receiving your item. Customers can use their local registered courier service to return the items to us. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding ALL shipping costs.

6. Shipping Methods & Charges
Our standard method of shipping is via Speedpost. Overseas shipping charges include service rate plus US$2 for the packet. Hong Kong delivery charge is HK$50. All applicable fees will be calculated upon checkout. Please refer to the table. Overseas delivery will be within approximately 3 - 5 days
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Please also note that Mantra Limited does not refund shipping charges.
